- 2. Identity & consent. Government-ID check, telemedicine + recording + translation consents (granular, timestamped).
- 3. The consult. Doctor joins on time. Live scribe runs in the background; you can pause it any time.
- 4. Close & sign. Doctor reviews the AI-drafted summary, edits, then signs. PDF + bilingual summary delivered.
- 5. 72-hour follow-up. Free text follow-up for clarifications on the same complaint.
