Local clinician required
You must name a locally registered dentist or doctor. The expert note is sent to that clinician for independent assessment.
Written acknowledgement
Before scheduling, you sign a specific consent covering location, limitations, data sharing, emergencies, and communications.
How it works
- 1. Submit your request. Confirm your current country, explain the concern, add your local clinician, and complete the acknowledgement.
- 2. Administrative review. The practice checks the location information, scope, and clinician details. Payment is not requested until the case is accepted.
- 3. Pay and schedule. An approved request receives a manual US$50 payment link and a confirmed 20-minute video time.
- 4. Local follow-through. The written expert discussion note is sent to your local clinician. They decide what is appropriate and lawful after examining you.
Not for emergencies. For breathing or swallowing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, rapidly increasing swelling, major facial injury, or severe illness, seek emergency care where you are now.
