Physical OPD — Scheduled

₹3,000 · 20 minutes

• Earliest slot 3 days from today (KJ Somaiya Super Speciality Hospital, Sion, Mumbai).
• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the slot.
• No refund within 48 hours; one rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before.

Physical OPD — Same-Day Urgent

₹5,000 total · ₹3,500 online + ₹1,500 at hospital reception

• Requests accepted before 12:00 IST on the same day.
• ₹3,500 is reserved and held with the payment provider on booking.
• Dr. Bipin confirms or declines within 60 minutes.
• If declined: ₹3,500 is refunded in full within 5 working days.
• If confirmed: ₹3,500 becomes non-refundable per disclosed policy. The balance ₹1,500 is settled at the KJ Somaiya reception just before your consultation (cash / card / UPI).

Teleconsultation — Live (Video / Audio / Chat)

₹2,000 · 15 minutes

• Full refund if cancelled at least 6 hours before the slot.
• If technical issues on our side prevent the consultation, full refund or free rescheduling.

Teleconsultation — Second Opinion (with reports)

₹3,000 · 20 minutes

• Full refund if cancelled at least 12 hours before the slot.
• If we cannot offer a meaningful opinion due to insufficient information, full refund.

Teleconsultation — Async (written reply within 24 h)

₹1,500

• Refund only if no reply is issued within 48 hours.
• Once a written reply is issued the fee is non-refundable.

Same-Day Urgent Teleconsultation

₹3,000

• Time confirmed by the doctor.
• Full refund if the doctor cannot accommodate the request.
